FAQs

What are the opening hours?

Admission to the general public is from 11:00am with the show closing around 4.00pm.

Exhibitors and Sellers should arrive from 8.30am and be in position by 10.30am.

How much are tickets?

Adult tickets £10, children £5, Family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) £20.

Early bird tickets are available through Eventbrite - Buy Tickets Here.

Dogs are welcome! (Free)

Is there free parking / Where is the show?

Yes (and plenty of it!) right next to the village green. Look out for the road signs and marshalls who will direct you to the car park(s).

Disabled parking is available. 

Use post code OX7 6NJ and then follow traffic signs for the field entrance off the main road, by the war memorial. Please do not enter via the village hall.

Are there toilets?

Yes, toilets (including disabled) will be available next to the main marquee.

Will there be food & drink?

Yes there will!!! There will be a range of food and drink options available ranging from quality BBQ food, locally produced artisan Pizza, cakes, teas, ice creams & locally brewed beer.

Can I show my car?

If you would like to show your car please complete the form on the Enter Your Car page. Exhibitors are asked to donate £25 to Churchill Car Show to enter their car, all in support of local charities. You can view all of the Exhibitor Info here.

What to Expect

The results are in and the 2024 Churchill Car Show raised a whopping £22,000 for local charities and good causes! The committee worked tirelessly to deliver the show and it surpassed all expectations. We’re immensely proud of what was achieved, and it is heartwarming to know the funds will be used to such great effect locally. With special thanks to our sponsors @staycotswold and @henryscarbarn, and to @alpinef1team for providing an epic centre piece with their Formula 1 showcar, and to @jeremyclarkson1 for three rather special cars from @itsthegrandtour.
