Sell at Churchill Car Show 2026

In 2024 we welcomed over 2500 families to the car show. For 2026 we’re expecting even more guest and, welcoming even more local and bespoke artisan sellers.

Sellers are asked to donate £25 to Churchill Car Show for their pitch, all in support of local charities - and this includes entry for you & one other.

Below we have set out all of the seller information and the seller application form.

Location & PArking

Use post code OX7 6NJ and head toward the entrance for the village hall, where you will be allowed to enter to unload.

Once unloaded, you will need to move your car to the main car park for the duration of the event - this is due to emergency services access being required by the village hall and we don't have enough parking in this area for everyone.

Welcome Pack

Upon entry you will be given a car show sticker to display, and food/beverage vouchers for use at the BBQ/Coffee stand adjacent to the main marquee. Other vendors will be open when the show opens but these are at additional cost.

Entry Timing

You should arrive any time from 8.30am and be set up and ready to go by 11.00am. On arrival you will be directed to your allocated space on the green, by the fountain, by a marshall in hi-vis.

Event Timing

The show is open to the public from 11.00am until 4.00pm. Due to health and safety, we regret that no vehicle movements will be permitted during the event except in emergencies. If you need to leave the show early, please let one of our team know.

Your Pitch

Due to being on an open green, you will need to provide everything needed for your pitch, including display tables, power and gazebo/cover.

If you do bring a gazebo, we would recommend you have a way of weighting or securing it - it can occasionally get windy and we don't want it to blow away!

Maximum pitch size is 3x3m. If you need a larger pitch, please let us know.

Wifi access will be provided, however 4G/5G coverage from the main network providers is good. We would recommend you accept a mix of cash and card.

Insurance

We recommend you are covered for 3rd party liability insurance as this is not something covered on your behalf, by the show organisers.

Cancellation

Refunds will be given if you cancel more than 12 weeks prior to the event. Empty pitches don’t look great, so please let us know if you can’t make it.
